The daily repetition of natural physiological movements (that we use to eat, drink, swallow, speak, facial expression), on their own, promote facial wrinkles. If those muscles are required for forced and abusive contractions over and over again, the result will be MORE WRINKLES.

 

This will not just affect the aesthetic (with wrinkles and crease in many parts of the face), sagging muscle can cause health problems, such as joint pain and swallowing difficulty.

SaLT & Aesthetic Tips

The way how we express ourselves it's also a strong factor to cause wrinkles and sagging on our faces. The creator of MZ Method, Magda Zorzella Franco, give us some tips to soften the effect of these habits in our face:
* Chew on both sides of the mouth and not just on one side (NOT AT THE SAME TIME, one at the time);
* Eat hard and crunchy food as RAW vegetables or fruits, they are more healthier raw than after cooked and the hard consistency will make your facial muscles stronger and less saggy;
* Eat food rich in vitamin A, B2, C, E;
* Drink a lot of WATER;
* When you are alone (for exemple, in your car on a traffic) squeeze your tongue against your palate and release, do as much times as you can, that will reduce the " double chin"
* Avoid making the famous "duck face" for photos, it can be charming, but causes wrinkles on top of the mouth; 
* When you smile, don't overdo it. A exaggerated smile causes the famous "crow’s feet", smile in a smooth way; 
* When you are typing on a computer, avoid wrinkling on your forehead, neck and "double chin", stay in a 90° position sitting in the chair and with your mobile phone or laptop in front of you;
* While you are putting make up, avoid make wrinkles on your fore head;
* Avoid direct SUN exposition, put sun lotion, use sun glasses and hats; 
* Wear sunglasses when the day it's sunny and bright;
* If you are talking with someone, try to avoid that expression that elevates you eyebrows and make wrinkles on your forehead, instead open more your eyes;
Switch the sleeping side (if you sleep on your side), do not sleep on your stomach. Both positions promote wrinkles.
* DON'T SMOKE! Smoking makes your skin looks 3x more yellowish than a non smoker; promotes the free radicals action (they are responsible for aging); the repeticion of movements that you do while you are smoking promotes wrinkles.

All those tips and many others, are recommended when you start a treatment by MZ Method. After 10 sessions sessions the results will be: 
EYES: reduce dark circles; eyes look bigger; feared "Crow’s feet" are minimized.
"FACE APPLES": more defined and prominent
RUTS: minimizes creases around the mouth; 
CHIN: softens the tension; 
COUNTOUR OF THE FACE: high-defined.
